In the gentle rhythm of a couple’s everyday life, a quiet desire began to grow—more space, more room to breathe, and perhaps, to welcome a little one soon. After two years of marriage, they imagined not just a child, but a future unfolding in fuller form.

Located in Medan, Indonesia, this project explores possibility more than decoration. With the plan to purchase and merge the house next door, the focus became clarity of layout—how to flow, how to live, how to expand without disrupting what already feels like home.

No major redesigns, no drastic overhauls—just a thoughtful relayout, built around their existing pieces and the life they’ve already built together. A study in proportion, connection, and the quiet beauty of making space for what’s to come.
